Job Summary:
We seek an experienced IT professional to manage our IT infrastructure and social media
presence. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our IT
systems, as well as developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance
our online presence.
Key Responsibilities:
IT Infrastructure:
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and databases
- Ensure system security, backup, and disaster recovery
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Upgrade and install new hardware and software as needed
Social Media:
- Develop and implement a social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Manage and maintain social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Create and curate content for social media platforms
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics and adjust strategy accordingly
- Ensure social media compliance with company brand guidelines and policies
Additional Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to employees and management
- Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives
- Manage IT projects and budgets
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in IT infrastructure management and social media management
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and security
- Experience with social media management tools and analytics
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a tea
